Royal Palms Apartment Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach

I had high hopes for my stay, but unfortunately, it fell short due to several issues. While the location is excellent, right on the beach and close to attractions, the room cleanliness and service were disappointing. It seemed like the property was understaffed, which affected the check-in process and maintenance response times. However, the spaciousness of the suites and the beautiful views were definite highlights of my visit.

The Royal Palms has some excellent features such as spacious units and direct beach access, making it a great spot for families. However, some facilities like the elevators and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. My experience was mixed with a few positives but also some notable issues that could use improvement.

We had a wonderful time at the Royal Palms Condominiums! The views from our room were absolutely stunning, and the amenities available really added to our enjoyment. However, the lack of hot water was a downside that affected our experience, and the property felt a little understaffed during the busy season. Overall, it’s a great spot for families, especially with the fun activities available for kids.
